The Kazakhstani Central Election Committee declared that in the result of the early presidential elections Nursultan Nazarbayev has been reelected as the president of the country, lenta.ru reports.
97,7% of the citizens, who participated in the elections, voted for Nazarbayev. The other presidential candidates - Turgun Syzdykov and Abelgazi Kusainov, received 1,6% and 0,7% of the votes respectively.
The results of the elections will be officially declared on May 3.
