First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Ukraine Oleksandr Borovik said that Russia should compensate for the destruction of the Donbas to Ukraine in an amount of 350 billion dollars, RIA Novosti reports.
"In one stage Russia should start compensating. We should start counting, we should be ready and use our lobbing in all those places, where it is possible," – he said in Ukrainian "5 Канал" TV.
