All of them dated back to August 30, 2009, Azerbaijani media reports. In a letter Hillary Clinton asks a State Department employee the name of at that time Turkish Foreign Minister Davutoglu, and the employee replies that his name is Ahmed.
In another letter, the Secretary of State wants to know specifically the agenda of negotiations. In addition, the then Assistant Secretary of State Philip Gordon sends the employee a copy of the text, noting that the Turks agreed to release it the next day, if Armenians agree.
