German to Give Green Light to Greece

11:58     17 July, 2015

The German Parliament should give a green light to Greece’s €86bn bailout deal – the voting will take place today, BBC reports.

The German vote comes hours after it was announced that the Greek banks will be reopened on Monday. It is already three weeks they are closed. The decision to reopen the banks was made after the European Central Bank (ECB) raised the level of emergency funding available.
