As the official representative of Russia’s Rostec Corporation told TASS on Tuesday, despite anti-Russian sanctions, Service centers of Russia helicopters are to be opened in Brazil and Peru by the end of 2016.
"Sanctions do not influence the situation; everything is on track so far. Service centers are currently scheduled to be opened by the end of 2016," he said.
