As President Tayyip Erdogan said on Tuesday, Turkish security forces killed more than 30 Kurdish militants in a cross-border operation overnight, the Jerusalem Post reports.
Clashes between Kurds and Turkish security forces restarted in July. Earlier HDP Co-chair Selahattin Demirtash announced that the "solution process", officially started in early 2013, could be resumed before November 1 early elections, but Erdogan "has closed the doors entirely’’.
