Turkish Companies Launch Investment Projects in Crimea
At a meeting with Crimean officials in the regional capital Simferopol, the head of Turkish Organized Industry Zone (OIZ) Tahir Nursacan said that Turkish firms are discussing 20 investment projects in Crimea with authorities of Russia's Black Sea peninsula.
In his turn, Crimean Vice President Ruslan Balbek announced that the Turkish contracts are worth a total of $500,000 million, Sputnik News reports.
Turkish companies from the Kayseri province plan to expand Crimea’s telecom networks, build a luxury hotel in Simferopol, as well as to create ferry connections between Crimean and Turkish ports.
