Dutch Security Council of investigating the causes and consequences of accidents and catastrophes released a final report on the Malaysia Airlines MH17 airplane crash in 2014 over the eastern part of Ukraine, which killed all 298 people on board, BBC reports.
According to the initial results of the investigation, the plane was the victim of "high-energy debris from the outside of the aircraft." Many believe that this conclusion indicates that the plane was shot down by a missile "surface-to-air."
West and Ukraine declare that the plane was shot down by Russian-backed separatists in eastern Ukraine. Russia in turn accuses Ukraine for the catastrophe.
Besides, Russia is going to publish soon its own report on the causes of the "Boeing" collapse.
