Speaking at the ceremony of presenting credentials in the Kremlin on Thursday, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that there are still no clear statements from Ankara, reparations and promises to punish the perpetrators, RIA Novosti reports.
"What happened two days ago in the skies over Syria, contrardicts to the common sense and the international law. The plane was shot down over Syrian territory. At the same time until now we did not hear any intelligible apology from the highest political level in Turkey, no proposals for the compensation of the damage or promises to punish the perpetrators of the committed crime," said Putin.
