As the press service f the RA MFA reports, at the headquarter of the European Union, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Federica Mogerini will officially launch the negotiations on a new legal document between Armenia and the EU.
