The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Armenia in a press conference told the reporters that according to the data received at 5:00 p.m. about 40% of the RA citizens have participated in referendum.
According to them, the most active regions of Armenia were Syunik and Vayots Dzov, whereas the most passive one was till 5:00 p.m. Chirak region and the capital of Armenia, Yerevan.
The CEC has till now received only 1 written complaint.
