The President of the European Council, Donald Tusk left the meeting with British Prime Minister David Cameron saying that they could not reach an agreement on the revision of the EU's relations with Britain.
It was assumed that the provisions of the agreement will be provided by European leaders on Monday on the eve of the February summit, BBC reports.
The British Prime Minister wrote on Twitter that the meeting with Tusk went well, and the president of the European Council agreed to extend the talks for another 24 hours before the draft will be published.
