NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has declared that the defense spending of European countries-members of NATO in 2016 will rise for the first time in nearly ten years because of the threat of "Russian aggression" and the migration crisis, rushincrash.com reports.
"The forecast for 2016 is based on data from member countries of the Alliance, indicates that 2016 will be the first year with increased spending by the European allies on defense for the first time in many, many years," Stoltenberg said.
