One police officer and two civilians were killed and around 30 were wounded in a large car bomb attack that hit the police headquarters of the Midyat district in the southeastern province of Mardin, Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım said, Hurriyet reports.
According to Yıldırım, the terrorist attack was organized by Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
A number of ambulances and security reinforcements were sent to the scene after the attack, which took place at around 11 a.m.
