The main objective of the upcoming talks between the presidents of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan is to guarantee that there will not be resumption of hostilities in Karabakh. According to RIA Novosti, this was declared by the Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
"The president will hold separate meetings: first with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, then - a private meeting with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. Thereafter, a private meeting will be held and then a working breakfast already with the participation of the three, that is, Putin, Aliyev and Sargsyan," Peskov said.
