Terrorists opened intensive fire on Armenian-populated district of Damascus.
Five people were killed and 16 were wounded in a shelling of Bab Tuma district of Damascus by terrorist, SANA agency reported quoting a police source.
Overall, 60-70 thousands Armenians were residing in Syria before the bloody events. More than half of them lived in Aleppo and the other half was scattered in the cities of Latakia, Homs, Al-Qamishli, Hasaka, Raqqah, Kessab and, of course, the capital - Damascus.
