A group of foreign doctors arrived in Stepanakert (capital of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) to give lectures, free consultations and in case of necessity to perform operations, ArtsakÕ° Press reports.
The visit of doctors to Stepanakert was initiated by the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Armenia in Fresno and by the assistant of the Armenian community there.
