MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Europe has been forced to urgently and extensively boost its safety and security measures throughout 2016 amid a wave of deadly attacks that occurred in Europe, including a truck running over a crowd in France's Nice, a number of suicide bombings, shootings and stabbings. Some of the terrorists, who committed or prepared attacks, arrived as refugees from war-torn or poor countries.
