Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated improvement in relation to the Jewish state in the Arab world and expressed hope that the rapprochement with neighbors in the region will help to achieve peace with the Palestinians, RIA Novosti reported.
"I am more optimistic than ever. If we thought before that a breakthrough in relations with the Palestinians would lead to a lasting peace with the Arab countries, now I think it is more likely that the peace will be achieved the opposite way", - said Netanyahu.
"It is not the peace with the Palestinians that will bring peace with the Arab states, but strengthening relations with the Arab world will lead to peace with the Palestinians," - the Prime-Minister concluded.
