President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to grant Russian citizenship to Hollywood actor and martial artist Steven Seagal, the Kremlin said on its website on Thursday, TASS reports.
"Naturalize in Russia Seagal Steven Frederic, born April 10, 1952 in the United States of America," the decree reads.
