Hillary Clinton broke with tradition early Wednesday, declining to speak publicly after her election defeat, Huffington Post reports.
Her campaign chairman, John Podesta, instead addressed supporters, telling them, “We are not going to say anything more tonight.”
Trump said in his victory speech that Clinton had phoned to congratulate him.
