Russia and Turkey have held the first meeting of an intergovernmental commission on military-technical cooperation since resolving the crisis in bilateral relations, Russia's Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) said Thursday.
As Sputnik News reports, referring to to the FSMTC statement, the meeting was held on December 12-14, and resulted in signing of a protocol, whose details have not been disclosed.
