Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying, commenting on Russian top diplomat Sergey Lavrov’s annual press conference, emphasized that Beijing is ready to boost its relations and coordination with Moscow.
The diplomat mentioned in her speech, that China appreciates and shares Russian foreign minister's position, who has emphasized the need to further boost bilateral ties.
As TASS reports, according to her, Chinese-Russian comprehensive partnership is currently at its highest level in history. Hua Chunying also added that the two countries have been developing cooperation in many fields. Besides that, Chinese diplomat stressed that China and Russia had been cooperating in developing the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the Chinese Silk Road Economic Belt project.
"Chinese-Russian relations are an important factor in maintaining global stability," the Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson emphasized.
