The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus for the first time commented on the extradition of Russian-Israeli blogger Alexander Lapshin to Azerbaijan, stating that with this step the Belarusian side fulfilled its legal obligation, MFA Spokesman Dmitry Mironchik said at a briefing, Artsakhpress informs referring to Sputnik News.
"The MFA is commenting on this issue for the first time. I want to state that Belarus has fulfilled all its obligations in the legal field", he said.
