TASS reports, that Moscow and Berlin are interested in making sure that the "Geneva process" on Syria becomes permanent and effective.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov informed that there is a common interest to make sure that the Geneva process gathers momentum and becomes permanent and, most importantly, effective.
He also added that meetings in Astana are rather useful. According to Lavrov, Berlin and Moscow expect that coordination of action on the Astana and Geneva platforms will help to simultaneously advance on strengthening the ceasefire, and on the path of a political settlement.
