Alik Avanesyan, a soldier of the Artsakh forces, was wounded by Azerbaijani gunfire on May 30, Colonel Kamavor Khachatryan – head of the military-medical service department of the Armenian Armed Forces told journalists, Artsakhpress reports.
According to the Colonel, the soldier is currently in serious condition.
"He sustained a penetrative gunshot wound to the right thigh and is hospitalized in Stepanakert’s military hospital. It’s not yet possible to transport him to Yerevan", he said.
