Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed into law a bill “On the ratification of the agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia about a joint grouping of troops (forces)”, Panorama.am reports referring to Interfax.
The agreement, signed in Moscow on November 30, 2016, was ratified by Russia's State Duma on July 14 and by Federation Council on July 19.
