The Turkish Foreign Ministry tried to ban the freedom of movement of its citizens warning them to "avoid" traveling to Artsak Republic (Nagorno-Karabak Republic), Azer Tac reports.
The ministry said in a statement that it was "against" international law to visit the region without receiving permission from the Azerbaijani authorities, which may impose "various sanctions" with regard to its national legislation.
To note, the warning comes after four Turkish citizens traveled to Artsakh on September 22.
