On October 27 Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received delegation of the Lori Region of the Republic of Armenia headed by its governor Arthur Nalbandyan, the press service of NKR President informs.
Issues related to cooperation between the Lori Region and Artsakh regions were on the discussion agenda.
The Head of the State noted with appreciation close links between the Lori Region and the Martakert region, adding that strengthening and enlarging cooperation between the administrative entities of the two Armenian states enabled to realize efficiently numerous programs.
