Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory telegram to Armen Sargsyan on the occasion of his election as the President of the Republic of Armenia.
According to the press service of the Kremlin, the head of the Russian state expressed confidence that the activities of Armen Sargsyan at this high post will contribute to the further development of Russian-Armenian allied relations and deepen the Eurasian integration for the benefit of the brotherly peoples of the two countries.
