Construction works of Karvachar-Norabak-Sotk, the third alternative road connecting Artsakh with Armenia, have been launched, Artsakhpress reports.
Deputy Minister of Urban Development of Artsakh, Pavel Najaryan, told Artsakhpress about the aforementioned. He added that the hydro-geological studies of grounds are being carried out.
"A nearly 26 km-long road will be constructed to reach the Sotk village of the Gegharkunik province from Karvachar and to join the main highway. Thus, we will have the third alternative road, which will connect Artsakh with Armenia,’’ the Deputy Minister said.
