On April 11 an All-Army conference was held in Artsakh capital, Stepanakert.
During the event, officers made speeches on the organization of the staff’s defense from adversary’s information-psychological influence, as well as on the organization of psychological, socio-legal, cultural and other works, Artsakhpress reports.
Soldiers, spiritual servicemen, members of social organizations, media representatives were present at the conference.
