On 3 May President Bako Sahakyan held a meeting with heads of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly factions and chairmen of the standing commissions, official page of Artsakh President reports.
A range of issues related to the state building, the country's domestic and foreign policy were on the discussion agenda.
National Assembly chairman Ashot Ghoulyan and vice-chairman Vahram Balayan partook at the meeting.
