Chief engineer of the "Eurostroy" LLC, Tigran Avanesyan informed that with the financial means of "Tashir" charitable and "Hayastan" All-Armenian funds, construction works of cultural and entertainment complex have been launched in Stepanakert, ArtsakhPress reports
It is planned to have 100-seat ultra-modern and open-air cinemas, a universal hall — for holding concerts and other events and a library.
There will be a café in the complex. Parking lots are also set to be created. The territory of the complex with a total of 3,500 square meters will be beautified and will have green areas.
