Anna Naghdalyan has been appointed a spokesperson for the Armenian Foreign Ministry.
Former spokesperson Tigran Balayan tweeted he is happy to announce a new spokesperson who was appointed with the decree of the Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
Balayan has been appointed Armenia’s Ambassador to the Netherlands.
