Upon the decree of President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian, Andranik Hovhannisyan has been appointed Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the United Nations Office at Geneva, the presidential press service reports.
The President signed the respective decree based on the Prime Minister’s proposal.
