On the occasion of Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland sent a congratulatory message to President Armen Sarkissian.
The message states in particular: “I convey my congratulations on the occasion of National holiday and send my most cordial wishes of happiness and well-being to the people of Armenia.”
