Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree conferring the military rank of lieutenant-general to Artsakh Republic Defense minister, commander of the Defense Army Karen Abrahamyan.
Handing in the lieutenant-general shoulder straps to Karen Abrahamyan the President wished him success, stressing that everything should be done further on to increase combat efficiency of the Defense Army on a consistent basis.
