Chief Military Inspector Movses Hakobyan’s and his deputies’ sackings are due to structural changes, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s spokesperson Vladimir Karapetyan told ARMENPRESS.
"Structural changes have taken place as a result of legislative amendments, according to which the Chief Military Inspectorate has been re-organized into the Oversight Service of the Ministry of Defense," he said.
Earlier today PM Pashinyan relieved Chief Military Inspector Movses Hakobyan from office. Hakobyan’s two deputies were also sacked.
