Arshavir Gharamyan Released From the Post of the Security Council Secretary upon His Own Statement
On 18 May President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on releasing Arshavir Gharamyan from the post of Secretary of Security Council of the Artsakh Republic upon his own statement.
