Marat Mousayelyan Released from the Post of the Head of the Artsakh President Office

On 20 May Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on releasing Marat Mousayelyan from the post of the head of the Artsakh Republic President's Office upon his own request.
