Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree on releasing Zoya Lazaryan from the post of adviser to the President - permanent representative of the President in the National Assembly.
According to another Presidential decree Ararat Danielyan was appointed adviser to the President-permanent representative of the President in the National Assembly.
