The official propaganda of Azerbaijan, continuing to adhere to its policy based on lies and falsifications, on Wednesday issued a statement that the soldiers of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army had allegedly opened fire on Ghapanli village in Terter Region of Azerbaijan, News.am reports.
The Artsakh Ministry of Defense hereby states that the above-mentioned message is another disinformation of the Azerbaijani side. Moreover, the civilian population and facilities have never been targeted and are not a target for the Defense Army.
