The President of Artsakh Republic Arayik Haroutyunyan on Monday received a group of construction engineers and persons in charge on the eve of Artsakh Republic Day, News.am reports.
Haroutyunyan underscored their significant contribution to the development and implementation of the permanent water supply system project for capital city Stepanakert, and presented them with high state awards for their services rendered to Artsakh.
