Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan’s meeting with the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov commenced in Geneva with mediation and participation of OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, Spokeswoman at the Foreign Ministry Anna Naghdalyan reported.
