Azerbaijan has opened fire in the direction of the city of Kapan today, Armenia’s MOD representative Artsrun Hovhannisyan said at a briefing today.
''There was fighting in the direction of Kapan. Azerbaijan opened fire in this direction and there are concrete consequences, '' Hovhannisyan said.
