The Resident of Artsakh Republic Was Returned to the Armenian Side
Resident of Berdzor town (Artsakh Republic) Andranik Hrant Aleksanyan, who was lost in the Azeri-controlled territory, was returned to the Armenian side through the mediation of the Russian peacekeeping troops, the National Security Service of Artsakh Republic reports.
The NSS is taking steps to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
