Russian President Vladimir Putin informed the CSTO Collective Security Council about additional practical steps taken by Moscow to de-escalate the situation on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the CSTO secretariat following the session.
"President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin informed the members of the CSC about additional practical steps by the Russian side aimed at de-escalating the tension that has arisen," the secretariat said.
