Nancy Pelosi Concludes Armenia Visit
The speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, saw off Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the US Congress, Monday morning, the NA of Armenia reports.
Earlier, Pelosi arrived in Armenia on the evening of September 17. She met with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, NA speaker Alen Simonyan, Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan, several other high-ranking officials, and representatives of civil society.
The Pelosi-led US delegation included Frank Pallone, Chairman of the Energy and Commerce Committee of the US House of Representatives, and House members Anna Eshoo and Jackie Spear.
