Alen Simonyan Receives Delegation Led by Deputy Chairman of the Committee for CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots of RF FA State Duma

On November 10, the RA NA President Alen SImonyan received the delegation led by the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots of RF Federal Assembly State Duma Kazbek Taysayev.

The RA NA President especially highlighted the bilateral and multilateral active cooperation between the legislative bodies of Armenia and Russia. He underlined the necessity of holding joint meetings of the Specialized Committees and singled out their role in strengthening the parliamentary diplomacy, open dialogue and inter-personal contacts. Alen Simonyan particularly noted the spheres of cooperation, adding the need of work to be done in improving them.

At the meeting the situation created as a consequence of the Azerbaijani aggression on September 13 was touched upon.
